Shannon is a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor (BCPCC) and a Clinical Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology – Counseling Specialization from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Her clinical experience includes marital problems, parent-child and parent-teen issues, adolescents, and women’s issues.

Shannon is the mother of a beautiful teenage daughter. She has a heart and passion for Christ and is very active in lay-ministry and lay-leadership with her local congregation.
